Top Referrers for Blog Traffic: Key Insights

This post is a quick one. The new algorithms seem to be obsessed with sharing. It does not matter how many followers or views you get anymore. At least for a while 🙂

So I did look at my referrers for this blog, and quickly sharing as you might find it helpful.

  1. WordPress.com Reader – it shows the home platform is the most important one
  2. Search Engines – Google is still the most powerful
  3. Pinterest – maybe because of the images I use?
  4. Facebook – visits from my old friends 🙂
  5. Others ( like Snapchat – surprise to me, Chatgpt – not a surprise, and many bots I do not need to name)

So there you go, it seems that focusing on “home” pays off as always.

Have a great and productive week, dear friends 🙂

Questions I am trying to solve: Can a "one-person business" survive? Does it have a chance in today's world? Is it sustainable for more than a few years? Is it something that can work long-term? In my blog, I am mainly creating lists with tips on how to avoid numerous burnouts while working full-time (and hoping to retire early hahaha).
